• Chinese Characters:

  3 letters max including spacing.

If you require longer text, please kindly email us and we will advise accordingly.

*Please note that the longer the text, the font size will have to be scaled smaller to fit to frame.

Once we receive your order, our team will begin crafting your truly one-of-a-kind item. Since our embroidery products are handcrafted individually, please allow 3-5 working days from the date of your order for the item to be ready for delivery.

A gentle reminder to double-check that all personalization details are correct before placing your order. As these items are customized, no exchanges or refunds can be made if an error occurs.

Please note that for embroidery purposes, items will be removed from their original vacuum packaging and resealed afterward.
